Medifeet Return and Exchange Policy
At Medifeet, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

Undamaged Footwear: The footwear must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, bags, or accessories that came with the product.

Tags Intact: All original tags must remain attached to the footwear.
- Important: If the returned item does not match what our originally product of medifeet, we reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange. To avoid this, please take clear photos or video of the product (including labels/serial numbers) at the time of handover to the courier.

-Each customer is entitled to one return or exchange per order.
-Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange order. (Our standard delivery timeline will apply)
-The returned item shall be picked up from the order delivery address only.
